What It Is

Hot oil poured over a blend of dried chilies, toasted sesame, crunchy aromatics, and Madagascar pink peppercorn — built for balance rather than pure heat, with a base of avocado oil for a clean, non-greasy finish.

How to Use

Spoon it over just about anything that could use warmth and texture: fried eggs, noodles, roasted vegetables, soups, or dumplings. Give the jar a stir first — the solids settle.

How to Store

Keep tightly capped in a cool, dark cupboard. Refrigeration isn't necessary but will extend freshness further. Best used within a year of opening for the brightest flavour.

Tip for Home Cooks

Stir before every use — the crunchy bits (garlic, shallot, sesame) settle at the bottom and are half the point. Spoon them out along with the oil.
